It was a close one!!!!!!

Meowm was trying to change canned food to Friskies....but I was having none of it!!! Oh I teased her a bit and ate some of it......but I eventually stopped eating any of it and she has beed forced to bring back my Fancy Feast!!!!!

Meowm was sneaky last night! She went out and trimmed the pine tree in front of our apartment. It has been growing and growing and growing and starting to block MY sun from coming in! AND it was becoming good cover for a burglar to break in. Meowm asked the people in the office to have the tree trimmed, but they haven't done anything....so Operation Nip and Duck commenced last night! Meowm very stealthily snuck up on the unsuspecting tree and started nipping away!! She very kindly left the blinds and door open for me so I could see and hear her. She nipped for awhile then another bean came along (and Meowm thought that bean might be a spy) so she stopped. She doesn't want the office people to be angry with her, so she has to avoid possible spies. She tells me she will continue the mission till she decides that it is complete!! So keep your paws crossed that the spies don't turn her in!!

Sleepy Sunday and Meezer Monday

Meowm spent alot of time on Sunday doing something to our big winter blanket for the bed. She was poking this thing in and out of certain sections of it and one time she must have poked herself cause she cussed and then stuck her finger in her mouth. I have no idea what she was actually doing, but I was glad she had the blanket out, I miss it being on the bed. So as you can see, I laid down on it and got some rest. She was even nice enough to leave it out for me once she finished with it.

It was another calm weekend for us....well for me. Meowm wandered all over the house doing all kinds of things, I just slept and played a bit.

Favorite Friday

This is my favorite spot to be next to my Meowm. Well, okay I like the big bed too, but when we are in the big bed I don't get ANY rubs. At this spot I get some rubs AND I get to monitor Meowm's internet use. Of course, this is where I dictate what Meowm puts on my blog. I have to admit, I was a little spooked when Meowm first got the flashy box out for this. She climbed right up on the chair!!!!! She was looming over me and I didn't know what was gonna happen. AT one point Meowm started bobbling and I thought she might fall on me! Thankfully she has good balance and didn't turn me into a mashed meezer!

Meezer Rule Wednesday

While waiting for your slow bean to get your food ready.....rub your head and body all over their hands. I do this to Meowm ALL the time! I want my food fast so I push her along by rubbing on her, but she thinks I am giving her loves for getting my food for me. It's a good thing I help her along, cause if I had to wait longer than I already do, I would be scratching at her rather than rubbing on her.

Meezer Monday!!

What a great weekend! I had a visit fromt he Bare Toe Lady! She came over on Friday night and her an Meowm hung out. About the time I thought we would be going to bed, they left!!! What was this? Meowm never did this to me! I was kinda worried, but she was back about an hour and a half later.....with this bag of these things that she looks at alot, I think they are called books. I don't know what Meowm sees in them, the only thing I can see that they are good for is to rub and scratch my face on....they have great corners for this. Meowm ws up for awhile after she got home with one of those book things...she said it was the last Harry Potter book...whoever Harry Potter is.

She said she also brought home a book about a SEAL. Really Meowm, can't you learn about seals on Animal Planet? She told me no, this is a book about a Navy SEAL, one that was the lone survivor of a battle not to long ago. As a matter of fact the name of the book is Lone Survivor.

Anyway, Meowm hung out all weekend reading those two books. Oh, she played with me and petted me till I didn't want her petting me anymore. She fed me and gave me treats....but her mind was clearly on those books. Silly bean!

So now we are back to Monday, when she leaves me for most of the day. I don't like this, but at least I get to sleep without her stopping and rubbing on me just when I get into a good dream.

I got a new brush.......

and boy do I love it!!!! I want Meowm to brush me all the time, and I try to chew on the brush and get it in the right postition so that I can brush myself. I am ssssssssssssoooooooooooooo glad Meowm got that brush for me!

Meowm here.....Junior certainly is acting like a different cat since I brought that brush home. He tolerates being brushed longer now and that will help me not have to vacuum so much! ;) Plus he seems to be more loving.....he wants petted much more now. I LOVE IT!!!!! I finally get to get MY fill of petting and gentle scritching!

I will get some pictures so everyone can see how much he loves this brush very soon!

Stress relief!!

Meowm and I went to visit the Bare Toe Lady and Nikodemus last night. The Bare Toe Lady was helping Meowm look for a new place by checking things in the newspaper. Nikodemus....that crazy meezer, was wanting attention so he kept laying in the middle of the paper.....and the Bare Toe Lady wasn't playing his games. She had to get up and go do something and she set a different page of the paper on top of Nik and he started tearing that thing up! It was so funny! He was biting it and bunny kicking it!!!! He was going to town on it! We were all lauging at him and he just kept tearing it up! We decided that he had some stress he needed relieved and in his doing so.....he relieved any stress the rest of us had!

Meezer Monday!!

Blogger seems a little strange these days.....I tried to get todays post done earlier but weird things were happening.

I ahve to thank Kimo and Sabi for nominating me for the Schmoozer award. I think most cats have heard about this by now....but just in case I will post more about it later. Rightnow I have to go visit Meowm cause she has come home for lunch!!!! I love it when she does that cause I don't mind some lovin' at lunch time.

It's Friday!!!!!!!

This means that I get to have Meowm all to myself for two whole days!!!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!

Speaking of Meowm...she is a little depressed today. She found out this morning that it is gonna cost her $40 more a month for us to live here. She says she is gonna have to get a second job at least until she gets a couple of other bills paid off.....one of those being the red thing of wheels that gets me to the v-e-t. And her getting a second job means she won't be with me as much and I don't like that one bit. But he says if we want to eat..that is how it has to be. She is still looking for a better paying first job.....and I hope she finds one of those soon......then maybe she wouldn't have to get a second job.

Anyway, I am gonna snuggle her and help her feel better......right this moment I am purring up a storm for her! I am making it the loudest purr I have ever done!

Meezer Rule Wednesday!

Okay one of my meezer rules is:

When Meowm or beans don't get up to feed you when you want them to you crawl right up next to their face and put your whiskers in either their ear or their nose. It wakes them right up and then they get up and do their duty. It worked everytime for me and now I have Meowm trained to get up when I first tell her to!

Try it! It works!!

Five bad habits:
Bad habits? Felines don't have bad habits! Meowm might consider some of the following to be bad habits though:
Wake her at 5:15 in themorning to feed me.
Stick my whiskers in her ears and nose if she doesn't wake at 5:15 to feed me.
Not chew my food so that I yak it up (I usually do this when I am trying to make a point to Meowm).
Scratch up the carpet (Meowm says it is crappy carpet, so I don't know why this upsets her).
Okay, I have to say that this next one is a bad habit: scratching or biting my Meowm (but I am trying really hard to not do this anymore).

Meezer Monday!!!

I had a GREAT weekend!! My Meowm was feeling a bit under the weather so she was home almost all weekend! She did leave on Sunday for a little while to go see Transformers......whatever that is. She said it has yummy Josh Duhamel in it......whatever a Josh Duhamel is. Anyway, she said it was good and her and all her friends enjoyed it. I was just glad when she got back home.

I do have a confession to make.....when I first tried Temptations....I didn't like them. (Ouch, stop the yowls of horror!) I like them now!!! Now I tell Meowm every morning that I want some. She listens most of the time and gives me some! I am so thankful for the tons of Temptations that DMM sent me.

AND guess what????? We have baby duckies here!!!! I haven't seen them, but Meowm says they are very cute!! I told hr she had to get some pictures so we could share them with the blogoshpere. She promises she will get some ASAP! What is ASAP? Beans! They sure are weird!!

Finally Friday!!!

Meowm and I are so glad that it is Friday. Even though Meowm had a day off this week, the week has just been dragging!! I can hardly wait to snuggle up with Meowm on Saturday and Sunday for some good naps.

Does anycat out there like it when your beans whistle? When my Meowm whistles...no matter where I am in the house, I come running and I rub against her. There is just something about that whistle that does that to me. Meowm loves it!

Thursday Thirteen!!

1. Ate an early breakfast. Well, I let Meowm sleep in a little since her and the bare toe lady were up late---crazy beans!!

2. Went back to bed and slept in late, snuggled closely to Meowm.

3. Got up and went to the GREAT purrthday party thrown by Skeezix! Tons of felines were there!

4. Drank a delicious Bavarian beer provided by Dragonheart, and had some primo nip provided by Tripper.

5. Watched Daisy get tipsy on nip and watched Tripper chase moths.

6. Stumbled home after the great treats at the party.

7. Slept.

8. Made Meowm pet me for awhile.

9. Slept.

10. Had an early dinner since Meowm was leaving for the evening!

11. Tore madly through the house, sharpened my claws on the carpet, played with my nip carrot (as if I hadn't had enough at the party), ate some more, kept intruders off of my porch, climbed all over everything in the house.

12. Slept.

13. Was VERY happy when Meowm came home (even though she smelled like another feline)....I am purrty certain it was Nik, my buddy and guest blogger (so I will let it slide that she spent time with another feline besides myself).

I am the luckiest mancat in the world!!!!!!

Look at all those Temptaions!!!!!! I had to rip (try to) into one!!! I have enough Temptations to last me for months!!!!

And look at my squillion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He looks just like me!!!!! I have my very own mini me!!!!! I feel so special!!!!!!!

And I also got a Petsmart gift card! I wonder if Meowm will take me with her so I can pick out my own gift!!??? That would be great!

AND I get a kitty from Best Friends sponsored in my name (at least I think this is still happening)! How cool is that!!?? I picked out a kitty that looks like me...his name is Rockey!!

Meezer Monday!!

I was kind of a bad meezer yesterday. My Meowm was petting me and I decided to give her one of my love nips....the kind where I bite her but don't break the skin. I was doing that and had my front paws wrapped around her hand. All was going well and then something strange happened. It was like an alien cat took over my body and the next thing I knew I was scratching and bunny kicking my Meowm. She had to swat my butt to get me to stop. It was terrible! I think I scratched her kinda bad....she was bleeding. I felt so bad I ran and hid under the bed. She gave me some time and then she came looking for me. She wasn't mad, but she told me I had to not hurt her anymore. She said she was mad at the beans who first had me cause how they treated me has something to do with how I act now. I do love my Meowm and I hope that she knows that.
