You must be wondering who I am, well let me tell you. I am the hottest cat in Salt Lake City excluding Junior of course. (Not really just don't tell him I said that. I am the hottest!) My name is Nikodemus, but to the ladies I am known as Catanova. Ppppppppprrrrrrrrrrrrrr. All you ravishing young lady cats are welcome to ogle my gorgeousness. I come from a long prestigious line of wild Himalayan mountain cats who just happened upon the unsuspecting horde of Siamese princesses, and of course we ran off with them and took them to our castle never to see the Siamese dorklings again. From that union sprang the best of both worlds, I am a killer with a heart, a dashing Prince of the night, King of the castle, lover extraordinaire, the hunter of small animals and sexy kittens, keeper of forbidden knowledge. My slaves adore me, felines of the opposite gender fall at my paws, and all others (wannabe Himalayan hunters) want to be me. Oh yes my life is golden. Welllllllll maybe not soooooooooo golden, my slaves do revolt from time to time and refuse to let me have my way, but with a firm paw and a gentle growl, I slap them back in line, and if that doesn't work...............well let's just say I have my ways. Do you like what you hear so far???? Am I the love god of your dreams???? Can you hear my purr on the wind???? Do you like hunting stories??? I'm very good at whispering sweet nothings in your ear. If so you must let me know so that I will guest blog again......if not.....it will be your loss for I am the hottest cat you will ever meet!! PPPPPPPPPRRRRRRRRRRR or wait I mean GGGGGGRRRRRRRRR.

If all goes well Meowm and I will have a guest blogger! Hopefully tomorrow! His name is Nicodemus and his Meowm is the bare toe lady that comes visit my Meowm. I know you will all welcome him with open paws!!! Nic is a Seal Point Himalayan and is so meezerish......moody and all that! He is an indoor/outdoor kitty and lives with his bean family of 5. I can't wait for you to meet him!!!

Meezer Monday!!!!!!!

Here I am playing with the catnip heart that Kaze sent me for Valentines Day. I loved that heart so much! It had fantastic primo nip in it. The nip was so good that I ripped a hole in the heart! Man I miss that heart!

My Meowm can not keep her hands off me lately! She rubs on me and says how soft I am! SOFT! I think not! I am a tough mancat! I am not soft! How in the world are we supposed to handle it when our beans do these things!!!???

Meowm abandoned me last night.........

and went to that place where they have all sorts of different animals. She got a real good picture well, good for her...I am certain I could have done better.....but was I invited????? Of course not!! She will pay for this transgression!!! Anyway...she got a good picture of a snow leopard:

And look at this tasty meal!!!!! It would be great as long as it didn't beat you up with it's ginormous feet!!!

Zonked out!!!!!

I used up so much energy climbing and poofing on Sunday night that I am just barely getting rested up from it! I can't decide if more cats need to come get on MY porch so that I get more used to all that work....or if they should simply stay away.

Meezer Monday!!!

I was such a good protector mancat last night!! There was another cat on MY porch! (Never mind that I don't spend actual time out there). He was on MY porch! And not just sitting on the ledge! He was down in MY porch! I went right on point! Meowm had the sliding door open and the other door there has this great material to climb on....Meowm says its a screen door. Whatever! It is great for climbing! I dug my claws right in and up I went (I reminded myself of Skeezix when he was rock climbing the fireplace......I even had some muscles pop out!). Anyway, I climbed and climbed and climbed and that cat took off running! Meowm was shutting that sliding door.....I was not pleased about this! She was saying something about "You will tear up the screen and then we won't be able to open the sliding door at all". I didn't care! I was gonna get that cat on MY porch! Finally Meowm had closed that door so much that there was not any room left for me so I had to get down! :( But I kept watching for that cat and sure enough he came back! All I could do this time was sit on some boxes and poof out every hair on my body at him......and it worked! He stayed on the ledge of MY porch this time. Meowm turned on the porch light to get a look at him and she said "Aw Junior, he is an old kitty, and he looks like he is homeless. No one loves him enough to take care of him. He is kinda beat up and his fur is all messy. So you gotta try to be nice to him". NICE!!! To some cat who gets on MY porch! I am not certain I can do that....even if he is homeless. I can try though.......

Purrayers needed........

We just found out that my bean Uncle Shawn got laid off today. He knows that things could be worse...and he has already put out some resumes.....but could all of you bloggers please say some purrayers for him? Meowm and I would greatly appreciate it!!! And so would he!

My Grandmeowm and Grandpaw went back to their home today. I kinda miss them, but Meowm says I will see them again. I was bummed when they rolled up that bed and took it with them......man that would have been great to have ALL FOR MYSELF!!!!! Sharing my other large bed with Meowm just doesn't work so well sometimes. Maybe if I am real good Meowm will get me one.....

Meezer Monday!!!

They arrived last night! Grandmeowm and Grandpaw arrived around 5:30! They brought all kinds of interesting smells with them! I have had so much fun sniffing everything!!! IN the first picture I am sniffing a bag that was brought in! And then in the next picture I am looking irritated at Meowm cause she has that flashy thing out!

Sadly, no primo homegrown catnip mouse had made an appearance! :( Meowm said that Grandmeowm forgot a box of goodies at her home, so there is still hope! I got out my catnip carrot and played for them.....and they have played with the feather wand with me! It has been great fun!

They brought in a bed especially for me........but then they got on it and slept on it over night!!! The nerve!!!! It is flat when they first bring this bed out, then it makes a loud noise and the bed puffs up! I am going to try to overtake them tonite and make that bed my own! Wish me luck!!!

We lost our other Peace globe, so we made some new ones.....and couldn't decide which one to put up...so we put them all up!

Meezer Monday!

Meowm and I were very lazy this weekend. We just rested and relaxed! It was quite wonderful!! I hope everyone had a great weekend.

We are now getting ready for Grandmeowm and Grandpaw. I am so excited that they are coming to visit!!!!!

Funderful Friday!

I am loving our new home! Meowm has a dresser with my bed on it set in front of the big sliding glass windows! It is so great to look out there! I haven't seen anymore duckies up close, but there have been some other cats slinking around my porch!!!! I have been good and haven't yelled at those other cats, but they better watch out....if they get in my territory too much I will let them have it!!

I feel all normal again and I love my Meowm so much! I know she took me to the evil v-e-t, but I know it was for the best. I have been cuddling with her more than usual to tell her that I appreciate her taking such good care of me.

I get to see Grandmeowm and Grandpaw purrty soon! Woo Hoo! I can't wait! I wonder if Grandmeowm will bring me one of those great catnip mice like she got me for Christmas! It had some primo homegrown in it!

Also we have some company coming to visit tonite! The lady who took care of me while Meowm was away recently is coming over. I can smell two other cats on her and a ferret! And another lady is coming over and I always smell a cat on her too! Plus she usually has bare toes for me to sniff and rub on!

I better go and get ready for them!
