WOO HOO!!! A long weekend!!!

No we aren't going anywhere, Meowm just liked this picture. We are going to hang out with a friend and keep each other company. Meowm and I are both sad about Anastasia and Oscars passing....and Meowm has been a bit blue otherwise, so we are gonna have (another) relaxing weekend and take care of ourselves.

Nicknames.....

What is it with beans and all the names they call us? I can't be just Junior, I have to be Juniorbabee...or any number of other names. My most recent nickname is Honeybun or Honeybunny. Kind of humiliating, but it could be worse. What are some of the nicknames your beans call you?

Meezer Monday

Meowm and I had a GREAT weekend! We played and napped together! Meowm brushed me and just hung around and kept me company!

Meowm is still looking for a new job. We have had a few bites for her, but no real good offers yet. We are mostly okay with that. Meowm definitely has to get a better paying job, but she is happy to have a job and not have to be in a HUGE rush to find one. My bean Uncle is still looking for a job and so we keep him in our purrayers.

Meowm is a bit frustrated with me cause she picked up some food for me.....it is even Fancy Feast, but it is a flavor I am not to fond of. So when she gives me that one she has to take away my dry food so I don't eat all that and leave the FF. Honestly, I have been here long enough...you would think she would know all my preferences by now!

Meezer Rule Wednesday

Protect your beans when you can.

When Meowm is in the human litter box room sitting on the human litter box....I stand guard on the sink or in the doorway. When she is in the tub of water, I stand guard on the edge of it (after I have had my drink that is). When we are just hanging out, I alert her to any unusual noises or strange beans outside. My ears perk up when I hear the noises and I run over to see the strangers in the big window when they are near.

I love being a protector!!

Hey cats!!! I hope everyone had a great weekend!! Mine was wonderful! Meowm played with me and brushed me! She went out and cut more branches off that tree and now I get lots more sun!! She also played this game called Guitar Hero alot this weekend. She seems to enjoy it....all I know is it is noisy!! Oh, some of it sounds okay, but for the most part I just try to sleep through it.

Tonite she got out the flashy thing and wouldn't leave me alone! Especially while I was bathing! What is it with these beans and that flashy box while we are cleaning! Don't they know that is not a proper time to be taking picture of us!? I wish I could get the flashy box out and get a picture of her while she was bathing....then she could see just how it feels!

Always, always, always look as cute as possible....this helps you get treats, helps you get fed when you want to be fed, get petted when you want petted, gets you toys, gets you great beds, and gets the beans to play with you when you want to be played with.

More on sneaky tree trimming...

Meowm brought home some really big scissors to use on the tree. The lady that comes to feed me and play with me when Meowm is gone loaned them to her. Meowm said she would probably have to go out in the wee hours of the morning to trim with those things. We agree that the apartment people shouldn't be angry if Meowm trims the tree.....but we don't have much faith in them....so Meowm will be sneaky. Besides, I think she secretly likes to sneak around.

In other news, it has cooled off a tiny bit here. It has been trying to rain, so it is muggy out, but it is a bit cooler. Meowm wants fall to get here real quick!!! I am not ready for fall cause it hurts to do that. I am not sure why she wants fall.....she is bigger than me so it has got to hurt her!!!
