Thankful Thursday

Just look at how skinny I was.....and Meowm still fell in love with me. I am so very thankful that she has a kind heart and took me in. I never dreamed I would have a home to call my own, one that kept me safe indoors and out of the elements. One that gives me food plenty of food and takes care of me when I am sick. I am so lucky!!! ~~Sammy

Tabby Tuesday

We had a wonderful extra long weekend with Meowm. We were supposed to have Grandmeowm and Grandpaw here, but they couldn't make it this time. We still had a great time. We had wind and rain, and sun. It was purrfect! Window whiffies were very interesting. Course the wind stirred up stuff and made Meowm sneeze alot. But we played and napped and feasted and had a good time, and that is the important thing. Hope you all had a great weekend and have a great week!

Miss Parker went to the bridge this morning after a battle with the evil "c". She left surrounded by her loving family. She will be missed by many. Please go visit her family.

Wordless Wednesday

Meezer-ish Monday

Sorry we missed last Friday. Meowm had one of those nasty headachy things, so we sat on her and purred on her. She finally felt better on Saturday. We don't have anything major to report. Lots of sunshines to lay in and lots of space to play in. Even I, Junior, who hadn't been playing much, has started to play lots more. We mostly play in the human litterbox room as it has the nice slippery floors so I toys slide around lots! I like to lay on that floor and cool off too! Have a great week everyone!

R I P Sweet Beau

We are sorry to hear of Beau's passing, but are pleased that he is with Mom Cathy once again. Thank you Rose and the Royals for taking care of him. Take care of yourselves now. Thank you Mo for the graphic.

Meezer Monday

Meowm would much rather be home with us today. She told us so! We are going to enjoy some sun spots and eagerly await her arrival this evening.

Finally Friday

Meowm stepped on my tail this morning. Yep, my poor tail that has been having enough issues lately, was stepped on. and she didn't just step on it with her clumsy bare feet! No, she had to step on it with her tennis shoes on! I screamed like she has ever heard me scream! She scooped me right up and apologized and kissed me and petted me. She checked out my tail to see how it was doing, then went right back to hugging me and petting me and apologizing. the thing she did not do is GIVE ME MORE TREATS!!!!!! Lame brain Meowm!!!!

Meezer Monday

Yep, here I am agin, in the same old photo. Meowm really needs to get some new ones! My fur is no longer this light! Guess where Meowm found me this weekend? She found me napping in the big bed! Yes, IN it! She was thinking that I kep sleeping under the big bed, but now she knows my secret! I don't spend time on it when she and my brofurs are on it cause my big brofur growls at me too much. So I decided to spend my time there when no one is in it, or on it! It is nicer this way, because I can take up as much space as I want!!! It turned chilly here this weekend, and that is part of the reason I was under the covers. Meowm closed the big sliding glass window, and closed the window in the bedroom most of the way. We still had a little space for whiffing, but not much. We have heard the baby duckies down in the creek! Meowm counted and she thinks one ducky has about 9 babies!!! Wow! Can you imagine trying to herd all those around! We hope they all make it to adulthood! Not muche else to tell right now! Everyone have a great week! ~~~Sammy

Finally Friday!!

Here I am enjoying some window whiffies. I did go to the v-e-t and you can see my tail is shaved. The v-e-t thinks this will be a recurring problem, so it looks like I may be getting my tail shaved more often. Meowm doesn't know if it is because I got my tail shaved, or if it feels better being all cleaned up, but I have been whipping my tail around quite a bit. That was something I had stopped doing. Meow is thrilled that I am using my tail again, and tried to get video of me, but I just don't stand still long enough.

Now you can see my tail a bit closer. If you biggify the picture you see where there are little black dots? Those multiply and my tail gets waxy, that is what stud tail looks like. There are just a few right now, but it has only been two days sine my tail was cleaned. Meowm and I both wish this would go away and stay away. But we will deal with it however we have to. Terrific Thursday

It is a terrific Thursday because I am finally coming out more and investigating stuff. As Meowm gets more stuff put away, I don't mind coming out more. All the boxes kind of freak me out, so when it gets clearer I get more comfy. My brofur, Junior, went to the v-e-t. Meowm will get pictures and then he will share with you how things went later. Tabby Tuesday

Well, I has tabbiness in me! I needs to ask for purrs today. My silly stud tail is not getting better and I foresee a visit to the v-e-t in the near future. Meowm and I both want this nasty stuff gone! We are all enjoying our new home! So much space! We have great bird TV now! And big sunspots to lay in!! WOO HOO!!! ~~~Junior
