Meowm is very upset. Her red masheen on wheels was broken into Monday evening while she was in the gym. Meowm was bad and had left her purse in there, covered up, but left in the car. The thieves broke out her back window on the passenger side and snatched her purse. Luckily Meowm had left her wallet at home that day, but they did get Meowms flashy box thing, some RX sunglasses, asthma medicines, several gift cards and a few other miscellaneous things. Also Meowms safety/emission inspection papers and current registration were in there.
Meowm will find out later today how to replace the safety/emission and registrations stuff. She doesn't think anything is covered on her insurance because she doesn't have full coverage. She is helping us with this post at 12:36 in the morning because she can't sleep. She put some plastic over where the window should be but she is nervous about someone taking something else from the car, even though she took out the most important stuff. Plus it makes her not want to go back to the gym for awhile. The policeman told her the same thing happened to someone else just that morning.
Meowm drove around the building and checked trash cans after she left. She did find someone else's purse. It might belong to the person whose car was broke into that morning. The policeman has that purse and was going to take care of it.
Meow is purrty discouraged, because she helps people. Just last week she bought groceries for a friend who has none, even though Meowm had things she needed to do with that money, but someone eating was more important. So for this to happen....she is just discouraged. She is a little upset with herself for leaving her purse in the car, but she is more discouraged with how mean and disrespectful these particular people were.
We are doing our best to cheer her up. I (Junior) am still being particularly snuggly with her. And Orion is being his usual snuggly self. But some purrs for her to feel better would help, if you don't mind. She knows things could have been much worse, and is thankful that is isn't worse....but she still feels bad.
We gotta go purr on her now. Thank you.
