WOO HOO!! Friday!!

Meowm wasn't angry about me scratching her. She knew I didn't mean to. But she did hold her hand over the scratched area for awhile before she finally looked at it. She bandaged it after her dip in that big tub of water (why do beans do that?). I don't actually scratch her all that often, but my brother.......well, even though he only has back claws he gets her quite often because his back claws no longer retract. She doesn't get angry at him either, but it is funny watching her try to avoid his claws. Sometimes he is too close to her feet and scratches her. We do get a good chuckle out of watching her try to dance away from his claws. ;)

We doubt that with the 4 of us, Momma is ever entirely scratch-free, Junior!

All of my kitty brothers and sister have their claws. Beth said it doesn't bother her if they slip up once in awhile and scratch her. They don't scratch me. So that is good. Have a fun filled weekend, my friends!

Hi Junior & Orion - just a quick hello now that I'm finally back home! Thank you for coming to visit when I was away and not forgetting about me! :-)

I'm sorry to hear about your bean getting scratched! I guess accidents always happen! When Lemon was a baby kitty, Hsin-Yi got scratched by her a lot - sometimes even when they were playing together - Lemon just got excited but she didn't mean it! The worst time was in Lemon's first week home and Hsin-Yi tried to hold her when a worker man came to fix something and he started a drill - Lemon got so scared of the noise, she started fighting and scratching to get away...Hsin-Yi's arms were covered in bloody scratches! But when she got older, she got much better - she would even sit on Hsin-Yi's lap and let her clip her nails shorter and only miaow a little bit to complain! :-)

Anyway, am glad to hear that you're both well. It's so nice to be back home and catching up with my friends again! Although I did have a great time at my petsitters coz she had TWO kitties!!!!! I was so excited - I would sit and stare at them for hours every day but I was always very respectful! :-)

I scratch my mom on a daily basis.
You should look at her thigh.

She has just got my claws trimmed.
Hehehehehe - wait, "claws" will grow.

Love, Sunshine!

Your cats are so cute, you should see the way my cat left the couch. I should probably consider cutting off his nails.-_-

Yeah, until I got a nail trim on my back paws I would scratch Mom on accident too. She would go wash it with soap and water then put Bactine on it. Mom has been helping the neighbor give her cat medicine and she got scratched from her. Neighbor is an older lady and it's hard for her to hold Kitty and stick the pill in her mouth. I like both your pictures. Junior, you look kind of like you are in a cave.
