Finally Friday
This is one of my new toys! A feather boa on a wand! It is quite fun!
Meowm got to pet Baby tonite! Last night, Meowm had already taken the food out and Baby was eating. When Meowm took out the water, Baby hardly moved! When Meowm took a step closer, then Baby moved, so Meowm backed off. Tonite, Meowm took the food out, then went back with the water and Baby didn't move. So Meowm reached out and petted Baby's back and she didn't move!!! Meowm was thrilled! She stayed and petted her a bit more, then left her alone so she could eat! The bad thing is that when Meowm traps her to get her fixed and hopefully get her some medicine, she is probably gonna lose that trust.....bummer! But if that is what it takes to get Baby better, then it is worth it.

That boa looks like a lot of fun.
Yea for your mom getting to pet Baby. We hope that Baby realizes your mom is just trying to help.
Have a great weekend.

I know what you mean, it's called tough love or something I think. FAZ
Maybe. Or maybe Baby will find she like being fussed at by humans and will want to be a house cat.
That feather boa looks like a great toys, Junior! :) We hope your mom is able to trap Baby - it is so good of your mom to feed her and to help her out!
Fev-Vers!!!!!!!!!! Nice!! That is really cool that Baby is trusting her. I bet it made your Meowm smile.

we don't think that she will lose the trust with Baby - as long as it's the v-e-t's doing the stuff to her and your meowm is there as a source of comfort.
great toy!!! that looks like lots of fun
What a great toy! And green looks good with your furs.
That's great that your mom was able to pet Baby. I don't think the trap will ruin that trust.
I really like your green boa Junior. It looks like it's a lot of fun. Mom likes the color. Let's just pray that your Mom won't loose the trust of Baby and that Baby knows that all she wants to do is help her.

I can see you love your boa on a wand. It's beautiful and feathery :-)
That's good that your Meowm was able to pet Baby.
If Baby is allowing your Meowm to touch her, then she might be ok even after being trapped and all that. Is your Meowm going to keep her inside for a few days after the surgery? Because she might be able to tame her since she is allowing her to pet her. This is very good news!

That fuzzy thing looks like fun! I hope Baby trusts your mum to help her.
That is great news that Meowm wants to try and keep Baby. The best thing to do is take your introductions very slowly. Keep Baby in one room while you still have run of the house. If you would like some other ideas, you can email us at fortypaws@sbcglobal.net
Maw used to do adoptions for da Humane Society and would counsel beans on introducing cats.
