Mancat Monday

Hi everyone!

Meowm is feeling better.  She did leave work a bit early last Friday as she was pretty tired.  She came home and slept for 2 1/2 hours.  Sammy and I were happy to get a nap with her.  She hopes that this week will be easier on her.

Emily scratched the heck out of Meowms finger on Friday evening.  That girl turns on a dime.  One second Meowm was petting her and her tail was waving nicely, the next second she had clawed the snot out of Meowms thumb.  Once she did the deed she high tailed it for her favorite hiding spot.  Meowm headed for the human litter box room to clean up her finger.

I have started being a bad boy and chasing after Emily more.  Meowm just doesn't know what to do with us.  Both us boys now will chase Emily.  Emily does stand her ground, but she needs to do it more.  Meowm does yell at us when we do this, and then we get locked in the room with the big bed.  She is at a loss for what else to do.

Meowm has started playing with us a bit more.  She hopes this will help the most.  Meowm has also been hoping to get Emily on a bit better food than FF.  Now we all love FF, but Emily's coat is still shedding and just not as nice as it could be.  Plus she is still a bit thinner than Meowm purrfurs.  Course Sammy and I make up for that!  MOL!

We have been having some rains down here where we live and we know it is snowing up in the mountains.  Suits us just fine!  We are ready for the duckies to come back to the brook so we can watch them!  And Meowm is ready for the snow to be all gone ( it mostly is now).  We have been happy for the rain and also the warmer weather to melt the snow, and start making things purrty for Spring.

Meowm did take down our big air bed when the Grandpawrents came to visit, and she didn't put it back up.  We are missing it but hope it makes an appearance again when Winter comes back.  Till them we make use of our other tons of beds, and enjoy the fireplace.
