Another Angel has crossed the bridge.
Our dear sweet furiend Whitey crossed the bridge today (Friday). Our hearts are broken and Meowm has tears falling.
Whitey and his Mom, Barb, had been fighting an unknown illness, and then he was finally diagnosed with diabetes, but apparently it was caught to late.
We remember when Whitey came to live with Barb, he was a bit beat up, but you could see the beauty shine through. Barb fixed him all up and doted on him. Some tough times occurred, as will happen when bringing a new cat into a house with others, but Barb persevered and things mellowed out for the most part.
We know her heart is broken, so please go leave a supportive message. Whitey somehow touched a bunch of hearts, even though most of us had never actually met him. Sometimes kitties just do that to us.
Have fun over the bridge Whitey. We will miss you tons, and we look forward to actually meeting you one day, when we join you over the bridge.

Poor Whitey - we'll all miss him.
We will neffurr furrget Whitey...and we know Barb is sad beyond words right now...we smiled though when we though of her words...Whitey was a 'foster fail'...and as they say...Who rescued Who...
We are so sorry to hear that Whitey has gone to the bridge to be with Sweet Praline. He will be missed.

Unfortunately it isn't - we will post some pics soon - at the moment it is looking very sorry for itself but is in a lovely location.
There is also a very nice cat next door who has come calling - we keep chasing him but hope to get to know him better.
We are still in this house as really the new one is not ready for us bassets!!!
It could be a whole year before we actually move........!!!!!
