Manic Monday
First of all THANK YOU for all the purrs. We appreciate them and hope you will keep them coming. Meowm has to wipe the hard drive of our computer today and then re-install programs. Hopefully this will fix our computer. For now the Lady Who Takes Care of Us While Meowm is Gone is loaning us her old laptop.....and watching Meowm work on it is funny. She really is not used to laptops.
Anyway, besides working on our computer today, Meowm has to update her resume and then get it sent out to some people. Hopefully, our computer will get fixed so she can copy the resume to a disc and get some printed. In the meantime, she is searching for jobs that she can email the resume to.
Meowm got signed up for unemployment. She gets it for 20 weeks and we hope and purr that will be more than enough time for her to find another job.
We can't post any pictures of us for awhile. Meowm will lose the ones she has on her computer as it won't let her save them to a disc right now. So you may not see our lovely faces for a little while. Also, posting will be sporadic, but know that we will be thinking of all of you, purring for those in need. We will check the CB each day to keep up on things.
We gotta go now.

Oh, I do so hate to hear that I won't be seeing any pictures of you fellas for a while, but getting the computer fixed is a good thing.
I'm still purring hard for Meowm...even though "no job" means that you get to have her around more, it also means "being frugal," whatever that means. All I know is that Treater and Napper have "been frugal" ever since we moved out of our house and into this apartment and the house is still ours and oh! my head starts spinning when I try to figure this all out!
Chins-and-whiskers up, everyone! Things will get better soon...for all of us!
We will certainly continue to purr for your meowm. We sure hope she finds an even better job soon. Thank goodness for unemployment. Our mom had that back in 2004 when she was laid off from her job. It was a life saver.
We will miss seeing your sweet faces while the computer gets worked on.

I'm sorry you are having bad computer problems during this stressful time. We got some very bad malware on ours and had to reformat the entire thing. It took us a few hours to get it all set back up again. Now we have a small external hard drive and do backups about once a week.
I hope that you get your computer fixed. We will purr that your Momma finds the perfect job!

My Mum says that it's good that your Mum gets unemployment for so long! And she heard that maybe you can get medicare too? We hope so. Good luck to her finding a new job. It's scary, but she'll get one! Hopefully Obama will fix stuff!

We'll be purring and praying your Mom gets a job real soon. So sorry about your Mom's computer, but Mom says they have a mind of their own. Guess hers was tired or somthing.
